Executive Staff
All Executive Staff members - I am responsible for being present in all executive staff meetings and general body meetings. If I am not present, I will email the administrative directors with my reasonable excuse on time. If I am not present, I will also make sure I receive all information discussed at the meeting from other executive staff members. I am responsible in leading my staff and executing duties to all members of my staff equally and fairly. I am responsible for devising strategic ways to make sure that every single member of my staff works to their fullest potential and complete their assignments with punctuality and excellence. I will respect each executive staff member and general body member with the expectation of receiving respect.
Administrative Directors - I am responsible in all administrative work, which includes taking minutes in all meetings, taking attendance, collecting funds, administering paperwork, working with SAFO, and assisting the editor-in-chief in any way. I am also required to have office hours. I must complete all assignments in an organized fashion with punctuality.
Advertising Directors - I am held responsible for keeping a list of possible contacts for advertisement purposes and donations. I am held responsible for keeping a lasting relationship with former companies, stores, and corporations that worked with the magazine. I am held responsible of creating strategies that would aid in promoting the magazine toward receiving more advertisements. I am also responsible for generating ad sales.
Copy Editors - I am held responsible in reading each article in order to check for any grammatical and spelling errors. I am responsible in having a high knowledge of correct grammatical functions. I am responsible in correcting each error in a punctual and orderly format. I am responsible in returning the articles to the editor-in-chief for final approval.
Cosmetology Directors - I am held responsible for contacting various stores or make-up lines for donation purposes. I am also responsible for being knowledge in the field of cosmetology. I am in charge of contacting various models for the photo shoots in preparation for make-up application and hair refinement.
Executive Editor - I am held responsible in leading the staff of writers and making sure all writers turn in all assignments with punctuality. I am responsible in making sure all writers receive feedback on his/ her article. I am responsible in editing the articles for any grammatical or spelling errors. I am to make a fair and appropriate assessment of each article. I am responsible in reminding each writer of the deadline and enforcing the deadline policy.
Editor-in-Chief - I have full responsibility in making sure the magazine's staff runs in an orderly effective manner to ensure the productivity of the magazine. I have the overall authority over all daily functions and issues that arise in the production of the magazine.
Layout Editor and Assistant - I am responsible for making sure that the layout of the magazine is unique, creative, and professional. I am responsible for organizing the layout of the magazine in a strategic and orderly format while keeping to a timely schedule. I am also responsible for the pre-production packaging of the magazine, insuring that the magazine's fonts, graphics and art are suitable and ready to print. I also must be in communication with the printer and have superior knowledge of InDesign.
Marketing Directors - I am held responsible for all forms of publicity on campus. I am responsible for creating flyers, posters, banners, cube painting and regulating a pit-sitting schedule. I am responsible for the distribution of flyers and the distribution of the magazine. I will contact various stores who are willing to donate clothes, funding, or any merchandise that will aid in Kaleidoscope Fashion Magazine efforts. I will maintain a lasting professional relationship with the stores who donate and in doing so, further publicize Kaleidoscope. I am also responsible for events planning.
Photography Directors - I am held responsible of contacting and keeping a lasting relationship with Carolina Photography Association and any free-lance photographers who are willing to help in the magazine's efforts. I am responsible in making sure that there is a member of the photography staff present for each photography session. I am responsible in creating creative and presentable backgrounds for each photo shoot. I am responsible in making sure that the pictures do not have any sexual innuendos but represent the standard and mission of the magazine.
Styling Directors - I am responsible in making sure that I contact the various models for the dressing sessions. I am responsible in creating strategic ways to organize the dressing sessions so they will be organized and orderly. I am responsible to adhere to the standard of the magazine concerning the attire of the models.
Web Designer - holds the responsibility of consistently updating Kaleidoscope Fashion Magazine's official website with meeting dates, magazine content and current reminders. Designer should have knowledge and experience concerning websites, to make it easily accessible and organized.
General Staff
Administrative Staff holds the responsibility of all administrative work, which includes taking minutes in all meetings, taking attendance, collecting funds, administering funds to the above-mentioned committees, administering paperwork, working with SAFO, and assisting the editor-in-chief in any way.
Advertising Staff is responsible for keeping a list of possible contacts for advertisement purposes and donations. This staff holds the responsibility of keeping a lasting relationship with former companies, stores, and corporations that previously worked in conjunction with Kaleidoscope Fashion Magazine. This committee holds the responsibility to continually create fresh strategies that will aid in the promotion of Kaleidoscope Fashion Magazine towards obtaining more advertisements, donations, and funding.
Cosmetology Staff is responsible for obtaining and keeping contact information concerning various stores and make-up lines for the purposes of financial or product donations. This committee is also responsible for contacting stores/make up lines in a manner in which they and Kaleidoscope can keep a lasting professional relationship.

Writers have the responsibility to make sure all articles are presented to the executive editors within the due dates. All writing assignments must be punctual and within the Kaleidoscope mission scope.

This committee is held responsible for creating and facilitating the distribution of flyers, posters, and banners. Staff must also contact various stores who are willing to donate clothes, funding, or any merchandise that will aid in Kaleidoscope Fashion Magazine efforts. It is the responsibility of this staff to maintain a lasting professional relationship with the stores who donate.
Photographers are held responsible for the creation of artistic, original, and professional backgrounds for each photography shoot. All photographs must adhere to the standard and mission of Kaleidoscope Fashion Magazine. Pictures should be taken on 300 resolution or higher. All photographers must be well-experienced and have their own equipment.
Layout Staff holds the responsibility to make sure that the layout of the magazine is unique, creative, and professional. Staff is also responsible of working in conjunction with the other mentioned staffs to establish a strategic and orderly format while keeping to a timely schedule. All Lay-out members must be well-experienced with InDesign.
Styling Staff holds the responsibility to contact various models for the dressing sessions. It is my responsibility to create strategic ways in which to organize dressing sessions so that they will be conducted in an orderly fashion. Styling Staff is responsible to help regulate the attire of the models, so that all wardrobes adhere to the standards set by the mission of Kaleidoscope Fashion Magazine.
