Our group consists of people from many different backgrounds in the sciences. For example, Laura Miller's background is in the biological sciences and mathematics. Arvind Santhanakrishnan and Anil Shenoy are trained in mechanical engineering. Christy Hamlet has studied psychology, chemistry and mathematics. Many of the undergraduate students who work with us are studying the applied sciences, biology, engineering, and mathematics.
