GLOBAL MUSIC
"Global Music" is a monthly radio program produced
by the UNC Area
Studies Centers in collaboration with WXYC 89.3 FM, UNC's
student-run radio station. The program focuses on a particular world
region each month, interspersing music from this part of the world with
informative commentary by guest scholars from UNC Chapel Hill. The show
is scheduled for the last Friday of every month, 5:00-6:00 p.m.
(Eastern).
