UNC Leadership Institute (LI) was founded by Terri Houston in 2005 with the objective of raising the quality of experiential learning for high achieving Carolina undergraduate students. Selected scholars participate in innovative and interactive sessions garnering leadership skills and professional competencies in preparation for graduate school or the global workforce.
