Come to Carolina for Hispanic/Latino Visitation Day
Program Date: Saturday, April 19, 2008
This program will provide accepted Hispanic/Latino/a students information related to housing, financial aid, academic support, and social life at Carolina . You will have an opportunity to speak with selected faculty, staff, and students who can assist you in becoming better acquainted with UNC-Chapel Hill. We highly recommend this program if you've never attended any UNC events, or have lingering questions about Carolina . You will have an opportunity to take a closer look at Carolina from the Hispanic/Latino perspective.
In addition, you are invited to Noche Latina, UNC-Chapel Hill's largest celebration of the Hispanic/Latino culture. Students who wish to attend Noche Latina will also have the option of staying with a UNC student in the residence halls. A listing of nearby hotels is available for parents and guests if you wish to stay.
If you have any questions, please contact Ronald Batres by email or call 919-843-6086. Staff members with Spanish fluency are available upon request.
