Native American Senior Day | October 24, 2008
Native American high school seniors are invited to join us for a unique campus visitation program on Friday, October 5, 2007 at the Carolina campus.
To Register: Check your UNC Homepage in September at admissions.unc.edu for your invitation. If you need assistance with accessing your homepage, email diversity@unc.edu . For more information, contact Tyler Thomas by email or at 919-843-6086.
Native American Senior Day is sponsored by Diversity and Multicultural Affairs of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and hosted by the Carolina Indian Circle , the American Indian Science and Engineering Society, Alpha Pi Omega Sorority Inc., and Phi Sigma Nu Fraternity. The program is designed to assist you in obtaining information that may help you in making a sound decision about your college choice for next fall. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to establish support networks with other Native American students and hear from selected faculty, staff, and students about academic life, financial aid, housing, and social life here at Carolina.
We realize that the next few months will be an exciting time for you. We also realize that the final decision about where you will attend college is an important one. If you are seriously considering Carolina as a University option and have not yet visited the campus, we strongly encourage you to attend Native American Senior Day. Even though you may have already received an invitation to other UNC programs, Senior Day is designed with you, the Native American Senior, in mind.
