Lisle Bull | 2011 | Major: Public Policy | Hometown: Durham, NC | Position: MLK Celebration Planning Coordinator and Scholarship Liaison | “As a campus and community, MLK Week has not only allowed us to commemorate the ideals of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., but also come together, with various ideas, values, and beliefs, in which the vision of Dr. King Jr. becomes actuality. This position allows me to work with a multitude of students, educators, and staff, hear their ideas, and put them to action.” |

I am also looking forward to working with local high schools to reward deserving students with scholarships to further their education." |

I have the honor of giving students their first glimpse at Carolina. However, whether it is their 1st visit or their 100th visit, there is always something new to learn every time a student steps foot on UNC’s Campus!” |

I felt so welcomed on my visits and fell in love with the University. I want to help students feel comfortable and welcome at UNC, and help them learn about the Carolina community. I love sports, salsa dancing, and hanging out with friends.” |
