UNC Modernextension is a modern dance company that performs several times throughout the school year. Auditions are held each fall. At present there are twenty four members who, despite their chosen academic fields, have shown their love for dance through their commitment of time and energy to the Company. After graduation, past members often go off to pursue careers in dance.
