Law school dean comments on Luna, alumnus slain in Pa.

Gene Nichol, dean of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, today (Dec. 5) issued this statement about Jonathan P. Luna, the federal prosecutor and a 1992 school graduate who was found dead Thursday in rural Pennsylvania:

"We are shocked and saddened to learn of Jonathan Luna’s death. Jonathan was a bright and energetic law student who is remembered for his kindness, warmth and generous nature. Our thoughts are with his family during this very difficult time."
