UNC offers seminars on branding,
business-to-business marketing
CHAPEL HILL - Branding and business-to-business marketing will be the topics of two day-long seminars next month at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
Robert Lauterborn, James L. Knight Professor of advertising in the school, will lead the seminars, "Better Business-to-Business Marketing and Advertising" on Nov. 3 and "Branding for Business Success" on Nov. 17.
Registration deadlines are Oct. 27 for the first seminar and Nov. 10 for the second.
Steve Trygg, consultant and former chairman and chief creative officer of Anderson & Lemke Inc., a leading business-to-business firm, will co-lead the Nov. 3 session, designed to help professionals understand and improve use of this tool.
Kevin Clark of IBM, where he is program director for corporate brand, values and experience strategy, will co-lead the Nov. 17 session, which will explore how brand strategy helps attract customers and build the bottom line.
