Forbes
Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard, Ray Kroc sold milkshake machines,
and Henry Ford repaired steam engines....This year's winner, the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, already offers an undergraduate
business degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship, and next fall
will allow students in its College of Arts and Sciences to minor in
entrepreneurship.

Forbes
Google's first data center was in Larry Page's Stanford dorm room, while
Michael Dell got his start selling PCs from his room at the University
of Texas....Only four schools in 2003's top 25 (Bryant University, The
University of South Dakota, Hofstra University and the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) remain on the list.

college students seek private aid, studies say
The Associated Press (National)
As college costs continue to climb, students are relying more on private
loans rather than grants or other federal money to pay for school, according
to two new studies released yesterday by the College Board.
