How to nominate faculty for 2001 awards


Oct. 2 is the deadline for nominations for 2001 Teaching Awards.

In addition to the awards given in 2000, 2001 awards will include two University Professor of Distinguished Teaching Awards, one in Health Affairs and one in Academic Affairs.

Nominations can be made via the web at http://www.unc.edu/teachawards/ Information about the awards can also be found at that site.

Nominations can also be made by sending forms and supporting materials to Patricia C. Clark, special assistant to the provost, at CB# 3000 or pclark@email.unc.edu

The chair of this year's selection committee is Celia R. Hooper, clinical professor in the Division of Speech and Hearing Sciences in the Department of Allied Health Sciences.
