Faculty Council procedures and expectations. Joseph S. Ferrell, faculty secretary.

Report on the Task Force on Student Reviews in Teaching Evaluation. Abigail Panter for Douglas G. Kelly, chair. Will consider a resolution authoring use of the Carolina Course Review on an interim basis for one year.

Recommendation to create the Faculty Information Technology Advisory Committee as a standing committee of the faculty.

Report on the Tuition Policy Task Force, second draft. Provost Richard Richardson.

Announcements. A forum with the Faculty Council and the general faculty will be held Sept. 23 to consider the central campus master plan as part of a project under way with Ayers Saint Gross, a Baltimore-based consulting firm that has been hired by the university. The forum will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the Wilson Library Assembly Room.

Note: News Services will move a story on the Hettleman Awards Friday. Other Faculty Council meeting dates for the academic year: Oct. 9, Nov. 6, Dec. 11, Jan. 15, Feb. 12, March 26, April 23. All meetings will be held in the Wilson Library Assembly Room, except the October and January meetings. Those sites will be announced later.
