UNC officials to discuss status of Pit investigation
Saturday, March 4, 3 p.m.
Operations Center, Department of Public Safety
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Police Chief Derek Poarch will discuss the status of the investigation into Friday’s Pit incident during a briefing for news media representatives at 3 p.m. in the Department of Public Safety off Manning Drive.
The university’s department of public safety leads the law-enforcement investigation.
Joining Poarch to address the university’s response and campus community reaction will be Dr. Peggy Jablonski, vice chancellor for student affairs.
The Department of Public Safety is located at 205 Manning Drive.
