to 24 out-of-state freshmen

CHAPEL HILL -- Listed below by state are the 24 out-of-state freshmen at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill who received 2006-2007 merit scholarships from the university. After each listing is an abbreviated name of the scholarship the student won.
