NC OPT-ED Events
Mentoring Workshops
NC OPT-ED annually sponsors faculty dialogues on mentoring. Given the importance of sound mentoring in retention, the intent of the workshop series is to raise comfort and knowledge levels while presenting best practices. Additionally, the workshops bring together current and future faculty to share anticipated issues and share positive and negative experiences in mentoring.
