Over one hundred years after our founding, the sisterhood of Tri Sigma still holds strong. The Delta Delta chapter maintains the traditions of strong character, academic excellence, community service, and lifelong friendships as idealized by our founders.
The women of Sigma Sigma Sigma are active in a diverse group of activities including Student Government, Carolina Mock Trial, the Campus Y, Carolina Style, Blank Canvas, Order of the Bell Tower, Relay for Life, Heels on Wheels, Race for the Cure, Girls on the Run, Get REAL and Heel, Habitat for Humanity, The Yackety Yack, and Dance Marathon as well as varsity and club sports like rowing, tennis, and field hockey. Membership in Phi Beta Kappa, Order of Omega, Gamma Sigma Alpha, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Golden Key, and other honor societies reflects our commitment to scholastic excellence.
The time we spend together building houses for Habitat for Humanity and our other volunteer projects, studying together before exams, and the good times we have at our social events all come to strengthen our bonds of friendship that make our sisterhood unique.
