SpaceTalk Seminar Series
The SpaceTalk Seminar Series began with THE CASE FOR MARS, a lecture by Dr. Robert Zubrin that took place on April 18th, 2002. Dr. Zubrin spoke about the future of Mars exploration to a full capacity crowd at the Morehead Planetarium. The lecture was attended by over 400 people from Carolina, Duke, NCSU, and surrounding communities. From using current technology to voyage to Mars to the possibility of finding life on our neighboring planet, Dr. Zubrin gave a memorable and inspiring talk that made the red planet seem within reach.
