Kasarda is director of the Kenan Institute at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
In a nod to his years of research on this futuristic concept, Time magazine just named the “aerotropolis” one of its “10 ideas that will change the world.” Watch a video about Kasarda’s research and the new book, “Aerotropolis: The Way We’ll Live Next,” co-written with Greg Lindsay.
