Day in the life: ROTC cadet Jordan Sawyers

UNC-Chapel Hill senior Jordan Sawyers balances his time between Kenan-Flagler Business School classes, UNC Army ROTC training and being a landlord.

UNC-Chapel Hill senior Jordan Sawyers, a full-time student and full-time cadet, also spent last semester juggling dental school applications and interviews. Now that he has been accepted to UNC’s School of Dentistry (he’ll start there next fall) Sawyers is finishing up his final semester as an undergrad at Carolina by balancing coursework at Kenan-Flagler Business School, field training and leadership exercises with Army ROTC and the challenges of homeownership.

Sawyers hopes to be an Army dentist and is just one Carolina student doing incredible things.

This is Part IV of a series profiling a day in the life of multiple Carolina students.
