The BCM Ministry Team is a group of seven students who, along with the staff, develop vision, complete administrative work, and serve as spiritual leaders, enabling BCM to lead its community nearer to Christ and to confront a secular campus with the Gospel.

Ministry Team meetings are held with the staff every other week during the academic year. These meetings are not only administrative—though decision-making is an important part of them—but also a time for us to cast vision toward making Christ known on campus, to pray over BCM's ministry, and to study Scripture together. Minutes from each meeting will be posted here the day following so that you can stay updated on BCM's direction.

We encourage you to make your thoughts, concerns, and suggestions about the direction of BCM known to us so that we may discuss them, pray over them, and continue to be good stewards of the opportunities God has entrusted us with. We hope to be in continual conversation with all of you so that we might direct BCM in a way that is most glorifying to God.

Each member of Ministry Team also heads a specific area of ministry, and we invite you to use your gifts to assist us in carrying out our teams' goals. If you would like to help out, contact any of us. We will be glad to tell you what our particular team is working on and how you can lend a hand.
