Publication Agreement for the Studies in Philology Online Database

The Studies in Philology Online Database was compiled and designed by Britt Mize, representing the Carolina Association for Medieval Studies, for Studies in Philology. By agreement with Edward Donald Kennedy, editor of Studies in Philology at the time of the database's compilation, the database is to be published and updated on the website of the Carolina Association for Medieval Studies. Should the Carolina Association for Medieval Studies cease to exist, or should its website cease to be maintained, control of the Studies in Philology Online Database may revert to Studies in Philology. However, acknowledgment of Britt Mize as compiler and designer of the database, and of the Carolina Association for Medieval Studies as the sponsoring organization and the original publisher of the database, must be retained.
