| This page is the Carolina Association
for Medieval Studies' platform for publishing online resources
pertaining to the study of the Middle Ages. Three categories
of materials may be published here: (1) online projects
developed specifically by or for CAMS; (2) online projects
developed in other contexts but published on the CAMS website
by agreement; and (3) projects or compilations that were
not originally designed for an online medium but which may,
by agreement, be adapted by CAMS for online publication.
This third category is of particular importance because
it provides a means of making certain kinds of otherwise
unpublishable resources (such as topical bibliographies
compiled over a period of many years, for instance) available
to a wide audience. (The Reference Bibliography for Indo-European
Linguistics is an example of this type of resource.)
Contributions and proposals pertaining to
any area of medieval studies are encouraged and should be
directed to the CAMS webmaster, currently
Kathryn Wymer.
