[ home ]     HAPPENINGS: Health focus week is next week and CESA is putting together a presentation on the connection between health and the environment, specifically on Hog farms in North Carolina and the Philippines.  The presentation will be in place of the CESA meeting next week, on Monday at 6:30 pm in a location TBA.  If you want to help out, they'll be putting the finishing touches on the presentation at 6 the same night. Dogwood Alliance's National Day of Action to stop Office Max from selling non-recycled paper is coming up.  This Thursday from 11-2 we'll be pit-sitting, getting people to sign an online petition.  If you can come and help out, email Liz at fieldste@email.unc.edu. next Tuesday, there will be a Solar Meet-up at Alpine Bagel from 7-8:30 pm.
