Students enjoy a Carolina Indian Circle pottery workshop on campus The Carolina Indian Circle (CIC) was founded in the fall of 1974 to meet the needs of American Indian students on the campus of UNC Chapel Hill. At that time, less than 10 American Indians were enrolled at Carolina. Presently, there are more than 200 Native American Students enrolled in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
