Volunteering / Internships

Volunteering for Carolina Student Legal Services

Volunteers at Student Legal Services are asked to come in once a week during the lunch hour to help with a variety of functions and duties.

Duties may include answering phones, screening potential clients, answering questions about student legal services, scheduling appointments, data entry, other general office work, web design, and/or other outreach projects depending upon their level of interest and availability.

They may also be asked to do mini-projects or research for attorneys as they become more familiar with the program. It is a great way for students interested in our program or a career in law to be introduced to the field.
