For prospective staff members

At the beginning of every semester, the Cellar Door undergoes a process of recruiting, selecting, and training new staff members for the upcoming issue.

Please note that staff members may not submit work to any section of the magazine during the semesters which they are on staff, regardless of which section they work for.

Staff members may join only one content section (Poetry, Fiction, or Art) at a time, but are encouraged to be involved in other organizational aspects of the magazine, such as distribution, publicity, or website management.

While openings for these selection staff teams are limited, we have an unlimited number of spots on the Business staff.
