University Departments and Farm members may reserve the Clubhouse or picnic shelters for special events such as retreats, BBQ’s, birthday parties, family reunions, etc. These facilities may be reserved by calling the office to check availability, and completing and signing a contract. The clubhouse requires a returnable deposit in addition to an hourly fee. Fees for the picnic shelters are based on the number of people attending.
