Quick Tip

Losing control of your toss?  Here’s a simple tip to remember: if you are consistently tossing the ball too far over your head, let go of the ball earlier.  If you are tossing too far forward from your body hold onto the ball longer.  Letting go of the ball when your arm is about head high on your toss should result in a straighter toss.
