Blackboard alerts are currently unavailable due to the campus Blackboard upgrade. We expect to restore this functionality soon 

Don't wait until next time you login to Blackboard to get announcements from your classes. With UNC Mobile's Blackboard integration you can get text messages of course announcements.

To activate Blackboard alerts:

  1. Sign in to UNC Mobile using your ONYEN
  2. Click on the Phone Apps tab
  3. Click on Blackboard Announcements
  4. Enter your ONYEN username and ONYEN password in the Blackboard username and password boxes
  5. Check the boxes for how you want to receive your alerts (text, email or both)

UNC students, faculty and staff can use their ONYEN to register for Blackboard Alerts and Guardian
