Just as endpoints can be created, they can also be deleted. To do so, select Manage Your Zone from the ViDeNet Zone Administrator's Only menu and authenticate.

A user may determine that she/he no longer needs an endpoint, and request that the endpoint in question be removed. At this point you will receive an email indicating that the user has requested that an endpoint be removed. It is important that you be notified of the deletion so that you can:

• Re-allocate the number, id, etc.
• Make any needed changes to your gatekeeper, in the event that the alias is predefined.

To approve a deletion request, please do the following:

• Click on the View, Approve Pending Endpoint Deletion Requests link.
• Select the View/Edit icon for the zone that you wish to work with.
• Click the Delete button.
