Carolina welcomes visitors to explore the beautiful campus and experience Tar Heel life.
The UNC Visitors' Center, located in the west end of the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, provides maps, guides, general tours and information about campus. The center features an interactive touchscreen that showcases some of the most popular campus attractions. The Office of Undergraduate Admissions, located in Jackson Hall, offers student-led tours and information sessions specifically for prospective students and their families.
Check out the new Priceless Gem Tours on most Fridays this fall.
High school students, transfer students and families should refer to the website for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions where they may easily schedule a campus visit.
We look forward to welcoming you to campus! Enthusiastic student-guides with a wealth of knowledge of UNC history provide a true Carolina Experience, sharing landmarks, legends, and student life on a walking tour. Tours are offered daily. Please call (919) 962-1630 to schedule one of these tours.
Specialized tours are available for prospective graduate students and for school groups. For those specialized tours, please call (919) 962-1630 for more information or submit your request below:
