School Group Tour Reservation
“First Look” Program for
Upper Elementary and Middle School Students

Thank you for your interest in our program to introduce school children to the concept of college – academics, arts, athletics, student life – designed to inspire and motivate kids to set their goals on a college degree.
* First Look is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Reservations are REQUIRED for groups of 10 or more, with a maximum of 60 students. Reservations must be made 3-4 weeks in advance of tour. We ask for one chaperone per 10 students. If there are 20 or less, we can schedule a 1-1.5 hour campus tour (without full program) at any available time or day.
Sample Itinerary:
| 10-11 a.m. | Arrival, then welcome and introduction; "This is College Life" video; guide introduction; Q& A with UNC students; and discussion about resources to pay for college. |
| 11-12 p.m. | Campus tour |
| 12:15-1 p.m. | Lunch ($8.50 including tax, all-you-can-eat buffet at Rams Head Dining Hall) |
| 1-2 p.m. | Visits to Kenan Stadium football center and Basketball Museum (free and interactive) |
