Annual Partners'
Workshop
| We have offered two different types of workshops for our partners. In summer 2006, we visited partner schools to provide individualized workshops. In 2005, our Annual Partners' Workshop was held in Winston-Salem, NC. These one-day workshops explore issues related to globalization, and its impact on the World and the United States. Participants hear lectures and participate in discussions to learn more about the changing world in which we live. Past topics have included: the global economy, communications revolution, multilateral organizations, cultural homogenization, global environment impact, and immigration. One CEU credit is given for successful completion of this program. The Summer 2008 Partners' Workshop will be held on August 20, 2008 at Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville.
