At an organopónico afiliated with ANAP (asociación nacional de agricultores pequeños), the organization sponsoring the residence where the AU students lived. They had amazing food in their residence, and we got to enjoy it here. Our "volunteering" was quite light: they served us coffee upon arrival, then we picked and tied lettuce, had bocaditos, picked carrots, drank water from a coconut, and went home. I think we produced more trash than produce, but all of the workers were quite kind in humoring us.
