Spanish 203, the first semester of intermediate Spanish at UNC, takes as its departure a cultural orientation to Spanish. That is, instead of using a textbook that revolves around specific grammatical points, our book treats a different country in each of its chapters. As we move through the book, we'll review and develop our grammar and vocabulary, but we won't have specific "grammar days." We will use the communicative method to develop language skills in the four core areas: listening, reading, speaking, and writing.

N.B.: These documents are for class use only. They are also available on Blackboard, but I have put them here for backup. Occasionally the system goes down, requires mainteance, etc., and there is a slight chance of losing the BB course website.
