1.  Run executable file, and extract File Protector 2001 Special Edition, by clicking the Extract button from the screen below:

2.  Click Accept on the File Protector 2001 Installation Terms of Agreement

3.   Click Create Now on the Create Rescue Disk Screen to form a Floppy Disk that contains alternative password entry information, to provide a backup in the event that the user forgets or loses his/her password.

4.  Click OK to Install File Protector 2001 in the default directory folder that the program will create for the user.  Upon successful installation, the user will restart his/her computer for the new software to become effective.
