My assessment of unit 2

For the most part, I would also agree that the majority of the kids did better on this unit then on the previous one. In my group, especially in the draft workshops, we completed each and everyone and they were also on time. I mentioned earlier that my goal for unit 2 was to improve on draft workshops and my blog, and I felt that I focused more on these two things and overall did a much better job then the previous unit. For this portfolio, I didn't have as many drafts as I had in last unit's portfolio, however, I spent just as much time revising the papers and feel that they were complete. I felt that my speech could have been much much better, if I had not become so nervous, in which case I forgot many of my key arguments and facts. I would agree with my work following the trend, because overall, including class participation all the way down to the blogs, I felt that I was more active and on top of things. My theory on this trend is that sometimes it takes some time for students to ajust to not only college but also the teacher and his/her goals.
