I am from Lawnside, New Jersey. My hometown is one of very few incorporated
all black boroughs in the nation and especially in the north. It is home
to the Peter Mott House, which was for many years a stop on the Underground
Railroad.
I attended
Haddon Heights High School where I graduated with honors in the Class of
1999 and am a member of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's
Class of 2003.
I have a variety of personal interests including music, art, sports, literature
and travel. I have traveled to various United States destinations including
Chicago, San Diego, Sacramento, and Los Angeles; Rochester, NY; Mystic
Seaport, CT; Boston, Colonial Williamsburg, Stone Mountain and Atlanta,
Miami, Honolulu and, most recently, Puerto Rico.
I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour on February 4th, 1996 and
have been a member of Bethany
Baptist Church ever since.
