During summer 2002, I
worked as a public relations intern at PriceMcNabb
and got a chance to work with professionals. I worked
predominately with the Square D account and since this company
is always introducing new products, I got a chance to write
product
releases. Also, I worked on a case
study.

| I traveled to Spain in spring,
2002. I loved my study abroad experience, traveling and learning
a new language and culture. My next goal is to travel to South
America. In one of my Spanish classes, I wrote a paper about the
Mayan
people. I hope to one day visit the same
lands where they lived. |
| Most of my classes as a senior are major-related.
For fall semester, 2002, I'm enrolled in Journalism 50 (the class
for which I made my webpage), Journalism 172 (Media Planning)
and Journalism 171 (Copywriting). We are currently working on
a media campaign. The first assignment was a consumer
media brief that gives a brief media consumption profile
of men and women ages 20 to 30. |
