The Report Card (www.cqpolitics.com) I created this web site for Congressional Quarterly to show how students are participating in this year's elections. Besides setting everything up, I also manage and edit all the contributions that come from the 15-plus bloggers.
CQ Politics' Money page (www.cqpolitics.com) To create this page for Congressional Quarterly, I had to follow the site's established styles and structure and consider what content should be showcased.
CQ Politics' DNC Convention Guide (www.cqpolitics.com) For this page, which served as CQ's landing site during the week-long event, I designed the layout and graphics, set up the social networks tab and created a flash-based application to display the weather at the conventions from NOAA feeds(this piece has since been removed). Also, see the RNC Convention Guide, which follows the same template.
Homepage for Lawrence Naumoff (www.lawrencenaumoff.com) A Web site designed for Chapel Hill, N.C. author Lawrence Naumoff. He writes the content, and I make sure it looks good.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION Chapel Hill Voice (chapelhillvoice.com) Online participatory news site for UNC students driven by user-submitted content. Although the site has not officially launched, you can get a feel for how it works. I created everything from scratch, including the layout, front-end and back-end design and content management system.
