I am a 2^nd year graduate student at The Univeristy of North Carolina(Chapel Hill) working with both Dr. J.M. Papnikolas and Dr. J.M. Desimone. My research concerns the preparation of Macromolecular Assemblies for Artificial Photosynthesis, which consist of inorganic chromophores, electron acceptors/donors, and a polymeric backbone.

Besides chemistry, I'm interested in Shotokan karate, Latin American Literature, Popular music in Spanish, learning foreign languages, and travelling.
