I'm a third year MA student in linguistics here at UNC-CH.

During the summers, I'm also working on an MA in Spanish at Middlebury College.

My BA is in Spanish from the University of Maine (2003).

Current research is on the ethical dative in Spanish and its relevance to the theory of clitics.

Other academic interests include Romance linguistics (especially Iberian languages), second language acquisition, phonetics, and sociolinguistics.

This semester (Spring 2008) I am teaching Spanish 203 (Intermediate Spanish).
