Rotating case, evolution of second packet

The evolution of the second packet follows closely the one observed for the first packet, even during the shoaling phase. Recall that the second packet in the non ratating case did not achieve a critical speed near the bottom. In the totating case, on the other hand, the two events are essentially identical.
