Education:
Research:
I am working in Clyde Hutchison's lab, studying genome annotation using comparative techniques.
Rotations:
- With Dr. Francoise Seillier-Moiseiwitsch, studying possible features of the V1, V2 and V3 regions of the HIV env gene which may be account for differential neutralization of the virus by serum
- With Dr. Rudy Juliano, studying the effectiveness of zinc-finger based protein constructs for gene regulation.
- With Dr. Clyde Hutchinson, studying the evolution of L1 transposable elements in rodents using computational tools.
