yarn origin: i purchased over 6oz. of this color at the Southeast Animal Fiber Fair: only $15 due to varied weight! she couldn't sell these skeins to her retailers, since they typically are wound in exactly 8oz. so i bought two - one was 6.75 ounces and the other was well over 9oz!

color: dyer's choice - various jewel tones, including deep purple, burgundy, black, brown, with splashes of turquoise and mustard

needles: US 5 dpns

dates: started 1 on 11-4, finished 11-5. finished the second on 11-9
