pattern: ms. marigold from zephyr style

yarn: brown sheep cotton fleece

needles: addi turbo US 5

date started: april 11ish, 2007

status: 4-19 on the hip increases. 4-25 on the hip increases again; decided to follow different shaping. 5-28 finally sewed down the neckline and wove in the final ends (could have done this, oh, 3 weeks prior)

details: adding waist shaping along princess "seam" lines. update: used waist shaping from picovoli pattern (the princess double decreases were too much, creating weird puckers).

thinking about splitting the sides at about hip level and going for tunic length. if so, then i'll have button closures along the split hem. (will use fitted knits cover pattern for the closures)
