Last Week's Question - People are crazy about their yards. And some of them post signs such as, "Landscaping chemicals being used, please keep of the grass". Maybe, just maybe, should the fact that we are using chemicals which need warning signs be a tip off that, hey, maybe we shouldn't even use these chemicals. But, you know, what does green grass have to do with the environment anyway?

Mark D - Yeah, the use of all those chemicals is bananas. I mean, the chemicals
probably hurt the environment more than the grass helps it. It's so not worth
it just to have greener grass. That's why my family just spray-paints our
grass green.
Justin S - Green grass is cool, but not if it causes EUTROPHICATION (sp?). Watch my
12th grade AP Biology video for more information.

This Week's Question - How many of you truly remember your elementary school librarian? Do you know his/her name? Do you remember the impact (s)he had upon your developing mind? Are there any male librarians? Are there any female dentists? Operator...operator...
