One of the things that has been so fun about being a Utah fan is that I started my Utah career when the Utes were pretty bad at both football and basketball (of course they had been kicking butt in gymnastics for years). Therefore I was in no way a fair-weather fan. I was able to grow with the teams, with the hiring of Rick Majerus and Ron McBride. Those two coaches have given me some of my favorite memories as a collegiate sports fan.
