The functions of the ITS Website and help.unc.edu need to be combined. This will provide better
customer service to our academic clients and also allow ITS to manage its "brand" more effectively.
In order for this concept to work, there needs to be a standardized way of entering,
storing, mining, and presenting Information Technology Service related data.
